Ponzio Polska to continue its growth path as a member of the German Laumann Group

The German based Laumann Group completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Ponzio Polska. The Italian Ponzio S.r.l. is not part of the acquisition and remains independent. Both, Laumann Group and Ponzio Polska intend to jointly continue the growth path of Ponzio Polska in its existing markets – and beyond.

Ponzio Polska is a leading manufacturer of aluminum profile systems for the building industry with a strong footprint in Poland and other major European markets. Ponzio Polska operates one of the largest warehouses in Poland with four powder coating lines. The company employs over 300 people. Experienced technical staff is working on the development of advanced solutions tailored to individual needs in the field and to the requirements of investors.

For Ponzio Polska, the acquisition represents a great opportunity to access new markets, sales destinations, and distribution channels. In the opinion of the company's management, both domestic and export business partners will benefit. Janusz Bobrowski, long-serving Managing Director and shareholder of Ponzio Polska, has built Ponzio successful from day one. For Laumann Group, the acquisition marks the entry into the aluminum segment, thereby enabling access to a larger group of potential customers in multiple markets.
